India Baby!!

Ah home!
Alot of surprises.. alot of unexpected stuff happenin. To start off with: M IN INDIA!! WOHOOOW!
Not many of you will be knowing how much i hate this place. Well, not exactly the place.. i dun mind the dried dung on rugged roads, or buffalos' tails swishing near your nose when you r in the autorickshaw( which is exacctly when the herd decides to go for their strolls). wel not tht i dun mind... but compratitively...erm..
I like the freedom and how this place feels so non- foreign...
I hate this place cuz i collectively hate the people here.
Well not EVERYONE. i have friends here whom i like. i like the my 2 yr old twin cousin sisters. i luv my granma altho i almost always want to argue about almost everything she has to say. i like a distant relative.. almost as old as my granma.. cuz she's so pious, straightforward, down to earth, yet understanding. and cool (dun ask me how). i lyk the tailor who's been stitching all my outfits since past 4 years.
ya..ya.. its cuz of d relatives. They can soo make ur life difficult. They can soo screw ur life.
Here's a gist:
My parents are broad minded enuf to send me ALL the way to Dubai.. which is in an entirely different country, that too a co-ed college, that too after i studied in an all- girls skool.
But in India.. i hv to b all.. village (?!). Cant even go to my aunt's place without prior permission. Cant get out of the house without a male guardian. Why? cuz this is INDIA! everyone's eyes are on you...
sometimes hostel life (yes, even the shitty kind tht MAHE provides) can make u feel more independent.
Course thats not it. Other complicated stuff goin around too. Lets not get into that.


So taking all these glitches and hitches of being an indian.. tht too frm Tamilnadu.. my all time loyal longest bestest best friend- RAHI- n i decided never to go(or come?) to india, unless either of us are gettin married. Well, the commitment has an exception if i tie the knot in UAE or she gets espoused in KSA, but talkin technically.. yeah.. we agreed on this.
But God has his ways doesnt he?!

Lets see whats more to come this winter.
